As a long-time member of Southern Living Magazine's Custom Builder Program, Todd Wilson serves on the program's board of directors and was named Southern Living's Custom Builder of the Year in 2018 for the design and construction of Whiteside Farm.

Amelia River Cottage
Amelia River Cottage is chock full of wonderful details. This open floor plan includes a formal dining room, a pocket office, and plenty of room for sleeping. An optional bonus space is also available. Outside, the front porch has a unique dual entry while the rear porch has a designated eating area and an outdoor living space anchored by a brick fireplace.
